Caribbean Court of Justice celebrates 10 years
PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, Monday April 13, 2015, CMC – By far its most celebrated case involved a Jamaican national, whose country is still going through the legislative process as to whether or not it should become a full member.
But Sir Dennis Byron, the second Caribbean national to head the Trinidad-based Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) is certain that within a year, not only will Jamaica be added to of the full membership of the court, but also Trinidad and Tobago and the other islands in the sub-regional Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States.
