Secretary-General

The Office of the Secretary-General provides strategic leadership and overall direction for the CARICOM Secretariat. It guides the implementation of the Community’s vision, advances regional integration priorities, and represents the interests of the Caribbean Community at the regional and international levels. The Office also coordinates high-level policy engagement with Member States, regional institutions, development partners, and international organisations.

Deputy Secretary General

The Office of the Deputy Secretary-General supports the operational coordination and institutional effectiveness of the CARICOM Secretariat. It oversees the execution of strategic programmes and administrative functions, strengthens inter-directorate collaboration, and promotes efficient delivery of the Secretariat’s mandate in support of sustainable regional development and integration.

The wider Executive Management Committee supports the work of the Secretariat through leadership of technical, administrative and programme areas across the CARICOM Secretariat.
