Desire Delano Bouterse, on Thursday, challenged CARICOM Youth Ambassadors and youth leaders from the 12-member Union of South American Countries (UNASUR) to do the responsible thing and get involved in the representational politics of their regions.

The presentations were made at the CARICOM - UNASUR High Level Youth Exchange in Paramaribo, Suriname, on Thursday, 14 June, during the youth leaders’ interaction with the CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque.
