In 2008, fourteen CARIFORUM States and the European Union signed the EPA, aimed at enhancing trade and investment relations and fostering regional integration. The CARIFORUM Directorate at the CARICOM Secretariat coordinates the implementation of the Agreement by CARIFORUM States.
