Objective of Treaty / Agreement / Convention
The State Parties to this Protocol agree to amend Articles 18 and 33 of the Agreement for clarity and undertake that as between themselves they will, in accordance with the provisions of this Protocol, attribute full legal effect to and duly apply Articles 18 and 33 as amended
