This Agreement provides for Associate Membership of the Cayman Islands with CARICOM pursuant to Article 231 of the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas and in accordance with the decision of the Conference of the Heads of Government at its Thirteenth Inter-Sessional Meeting, Feb. 2002.
