It was a very proud moment for me to assume the role of Chairman of Conference of the Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community for the period 1st January 2015 to 30th June 2015.
These meetings are being held even as world oil prices, having plummeted in the recent months, despite modest gains continue to hover at below US$50 per barrel.
