The Office of the General Counsel serves as the principal legal advisory office of the CARICOM Secretariat. It provides legal guidance on the interpretation and implementation of Community treaties, agreements, and institutional frameworks, while supporting good governance, regulatory harmonisation, and the rule of law within the Caribbean Community.
