Chrysean Andrew O’marie Jarvis  of Antigua and Barbuda is a CARICOM Youth Ambassador, Youth Parliamentarian, and entrepreneur.  

Since 2022, he has been actively engaged in youth advocacy, focusing on youth development, peace and security, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic advancement. He has played a leading role in Youth Parliament and has organized and hosted initiatives that promote leadership, civic engagement, and community development.  

Currently pursuing studies in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a focus on peace and security, Chrysean is committed to evidence-based strategies that strengthen resilience, support safer communities, and contribute to a sustainable and prosperous Caribbean.
