Regional Model Condom Policy

This PANCAP regional policy framework provides guidance to Caribbean governments and stakeholders on improving condom availability, accessibility, quality assurance, and promotion as a core component of HIV and STI prevention. It outlines legislative, social, and behavioural strategies to increase consistent condom use, reduce stigma, and strengthen comprehensive sexual and reproductive health programming across the region.
