A report of the work of the Community for the period January to December 2018, in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 3 of the Revised Treaty establishing the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) including the CARICOM Single Market and Economy.
- Resilience Focus: Following the 2017 hurricanes, work centered on strengthening the Community’s resilience agenda.
- Border Security: The Joint Border Security Training programme was completed, training 453 officers across all Member States.
- Biodiversity Outlook: The report State of Biodiversity in the Caribbean Community was launched in Guyana.
- SIDS Advocacy: The Community advocated for treating SIDS as a special case for sustainable development during global mid-term reviews
