A report of the work of the Community for the period January to December 2015, in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 3 of the Revised Treaty establishing the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) including the CARICOM Single Market and Economy.
- Strategic Plan Implementation: High priority was accorded to 11 key areas, including macroeconomic stabilization and transitioning to growth.
- 2030 Agenda: Heads of Government participated in the UN Summit to formally adopt the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 goals.
- Greening the Secretariat: An initiative began in January to improve energy efficiency at the Secretariat headquarters, reducing energy consumption significantly.
- Youth Safety: Manuals on child protection in sports were produced as part of the "Break the Silence" campaign.
- Financials: Actual expenditure from Member States' resources was EC$53,454,172
