- Human Rights and HIV: The PANCAP "Justice for All" Program was launched to catalyze national conversations on eliminating stigma and discrimination.
- Statistics: CARICOM observed the International Year of Statistics with the theme "Statistics in Everyday Life".
- Financials: Actual expenditure from Member States' resources totaled EC$55,342,500
