Programme Overview
The Development and Operation of the Single Market Programme supports the advancement and effective functioning of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) by promoting the free movement of goods, services, skills, capital and businesses across the Community. The Programme works with Member States, regional institutions and stakeholders to strengthen trade integration, harmonise policies and regulations, and remove barriers that impede regional economic growth and competitiveness. Through coordination, policy development and technical support, it contributes to building a more integrated, resilient and sustainable Caribbean economy.
