Projects and initiatives within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) serve as the principal delivery mechanism for translating regional policy into practical, measurable outcomes. They operationalise decisions of the Conference of Heads of Government and the Community Council by converting strategic priorities; such as economic integration, human development, climate resilience, and citizen security, into targeted interventions at regional and national levels.

CARICOM Young Professionals Network (CYPN)
The CARICOM Young Professionals Network (CYPN) is an official regional platform launched by the CARICOM Secretariat in October 2025 to empower CARICOM youth and foster ongoing collaboration regarding regional integration. The network serves as a direct vehicle for alumni and participants of the CARICOM Young Professionals Programme (CYPP). It allows them to collaborate, advocate for youth interests, and promote the benefits of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) across CARICOM Member States.

CARICOM Young Professional Programme (CYPP)
The CARICOM Young Professionals Programme (CYPP) was an intensive four-month regional initiative launched by the CARICOM Secretariat to equip young Caribbean nationals to become active ambassadors and advocates for the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME). Developed as a strategic priority for regional integration, the programme officially commenced its inaugural cohort in June 2025 and concluded with the launch of a permanent alumni network, the CARICOM Young Professionals Network (CYPN), in October 2025.
